Eye Care Patient Assistant
Eyecare Professionals is seeking a dependable and personable Eye Care Patient Assistant to support daily operations within our growing optometry practice in Mandan, North Dakota.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, staying organized in a fast-paced medical office environment, and helping create a positive patient experience from check-in through appointment completion.
No prior eye care experience is required. We are willing to train the right individual with strong communication skills, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients during office visits
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling
- Verify and update patient information
- Prepare patients for appointments and assist with basic pretesting procedures
- Support doctors and staff with daily clinic flow
- Maintain a clean and organized front office environment
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable working with patients in a healthcare setting
- Basic computer and scheduling system familiarity
- Reliable attendance and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
Schedule

- Monday through Friday
